学习党的群众路线要不分阶段、不搞转段,主要把握好三个环节。主动学习教育、听取意见,严肃查摆问题、开展批评,狠抓整改落实、建章立制。要深入开展社会主义核心价值体系教育,进一步丰富完善公司“诚信、责任、创新、奉献”的核心价值观,使之成为公司员工的行动指南。批评和自我批评要开门见山、揭短亮丑,真正红红脸、出出汗,达到“团结—批评—团结”的目的。本文通过对国家电网公司处于“两个转变”的关键时期的一系列举动证明党的群众路线在国有企业的深入落实的情况。
To learn the party’s mass line should be phased, do not turn section, the main grasp of the three links. Take the initiative to study and educate, listen to opinions, seriously investigate problems, carry out criticism, and pay close attention to the rectification and reform to implement the rules and regulations. We must further develop the education of the socialist core value system and further enrich and perfect the core values of the company’s “integrity, responsibility, innovation and dedication,” and make it a guide for the employees of the company. Criticism and self-criticism should be straight to the door, expose shorts and ugly, really red face, sweating, to achieve the purpose of “unity - criticism - unity.” Through a series of actions taken by State Grid Corporation of China during the crucial period of “two changes”, this article proves the situation of the thorough implementation of the mass line of the party in state-owned enterprises.
