发展低碳经济是我国可持续发展的内在要求。我们不能再以资源、能源高消耗和环境重污染来换取一时的经济增长了。如果还把GDP作为发展的全部,还以廉价资源或出口退税换取GDP,就算口袋里的钱多了,但生存的环境恶化了,空气变脏了,水变黑了,就与发展的本意背离了,就与科学发展观的本质要求相悖了。由此可见,发展低碳经济,构建绿色华园,势在必行。
Developing low-carbon economy is the inherent requirement of our country’s sustainable development. We can no longer rely on resources, high energy consumption and heavy environmental pollution in exchange for temporary economic growth. If GDP is also used for development as a whole, and cheap resources or export tax rebates are exchanged for GDP, even if more money is in our pockets, the living environment will deteriorate, the air becomes dirty, the water becomes dark, and we will depart from the original intention of development It runs counter to the essential requirements of the scientific concept of development.
