我国热处理行业的设备几乎95%都是用电,电阻炉总台数约80000余台,总容量近400万KW,用电量占机械工业总用电量的27%,从国内外统计资料看,各国热处理用电量都是占其总用电量的1%左右,以此计算我国热处理的年用电量已达50亿度的水平,所以,研究热处理的节电问题是十分必要的。近年来我国热处理耗能虽有下降,但其平均单耗仍在1600KW/t,是日本、欧美各国热处理单耗的3—5倍,这个指标说明我国热处理比其它行业耗能水平与世界先进国家耗能水平差距更大,也说明节能
