一、關於在全省全體公安人員中開展評功選模工作的計劃决議:(一)四年來,本省在黨與政府的領導下,進行了大規模的社會政治改革和經濟恢復工作,各級公安人員,在對敵鬥爭中,獲得了不少成績和經驗,但過去對總結經驗,特別是表揚做的不夠,因此,開展評功選模工作是必要的。 (二)在開展評功選模時,各級公安部門負責同志,要親自領導與掌握,切實負責作好這一工作,要防止單純委之於評委會進行和工作上的草率現象。要充分發揚民主,防止形式主義,並適當地徵(?)當地羣衆
