The levels of K +, Na +, Cl-, Ca2 +, Mg2 +, P3-, ALP, TC and TG were measured in 62 patients in the exposed group and the control group. The results showed that the levels of K +, P3-, ALP, TC and TG in the exposed group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.01), while the levels of Mg2 + in the exposed group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.01). There was also a significant difference in the above indicators between severe fluorosis and non-fluorosis in the exposed group (P <0.01). It shows that long-term intake of fluoride has significant effect on human blood biochemical and lipid metabolism, and has a positive correlation with the degree of fluorosis.
