四川省什邡市支行业务发展曾连续在四川省分行名列前茅,2008年获得四川省分行“十强县支行”称号,但“5.12”特大地震使什邡市的经济社会发展遭受重创。什邡市支行信贷业务不断萎缩、存款大幅下降、利润急速减少、个别企业还出现了风险隐患。值此困难时期,总行党委委员、纪委书记、副行长陈剑英同志确定什邡市支行作为党建联系行,陈剑英同志亲临支行指导调研,与支行同志一道想办法、明思路、解难题,确定了以“两学一做”学习教育为突破口,以推动业务跨越式发展为目标,通过加强党建
