目的 :实现苯酚、邻苯二酚、对苯二酚 3组分混合物的同时测定。方法 :用改进的多波长线性回归分光光度法同时测定 3组分混合物。结果 :合成试样 9次平行测定的相对标准偏差小于 5 %。回收率在 95 .6 %~1 0 3 .9%。结论 :对传统的多波长线性回归分光光度法进行改进 ,实现了苯酚、邻苯二酚、对苯二酚 3组分混合物的同时测定。
Objective: To achieve the simultaneous determination of phenol, catechol, hydroquinone 3 component mixture. Methods: Simultaneous determination of 3-component mixtures by improved multi-wavelength linear regression spectrophotometry. Results: The relative standard deviation (RSD) of 9 parallel samples was less than 5%. The recoveries ranged from 95.6% to 103.3%. Conclusion: The traditional method of multi-wavelength linear regression spectrophotometry was improved, and the simultaneous determination of three components of phenol, catechol and hydroquinone was achieved.
