当前,我国经济发展呈现出新常态,经济下行压力巨大,市场竞争不断加剧,而市场竞争归根结底是企业核心竞争力——企业文化的竞争。面对新常态下对企业文化提出的新问题、新要求,作为一名企业党群工作者,深入思考新常态下如何做好企业文化建设工作是义不容辞的责任和义务。笔者结合中铁一局桥梁公司实际,就新常态下如何做好企业文化建设工作进行了一些粗浅的思考。
