Article 1 These Measures are formulated in accordance with the provisions of the “Contract Law of the People’s Republic of China” on the principle of good faith in order to create a good market credit environment, increase the credit awareness of enterprise contracts and promote the healthy development of the socialist market economy. Article 2 The credit levy for an enterprise contract is the collection and collation of the principal qualifications, performance ability, credit status, dishonesty records and illegal acts of the parties involved in the administration of industry and commerce and the provision of contractual credit services for the society
