破伤风是一种严重的急性特异性感染,在我国农村严重地危害着人们的生命健康,病死率仍高达20%～50%。我院自1983年以来,共收治破伤风112例,经采取综合治疗的方法,效果尚佳。1 临床资料。1.1 一般资料1.1.1 性别与年龄男64例,女48例,年龄最小为20天,最大者72岁。其中新生儿2例,1～12岁20例,12岁以上者91例。绝大部分来自农村,有76例。
Tetanus is a serious acute specific infection, which seriously endangers people’s life and health in rural areas of our country. The mortality rate is still as high as 20% -50%. Our hospital since 1983, received a total of 112 cases of tetanus, after taking comprehensive treatment, the effect is still good. 1 clinical data. 1.1 General Information 1.1.1 Sex and age Male 64 cases, 48 females, the youngest of 20 days, the largest of 72 years. Among them, 2 cases were newborns, 20 cases were from 1 to 12 years old and 91 cases were over 12 years old. The vast majority came from rural areas, with 76 cases.
