在内燃机车中,影响牵引电动机抱轴轴承特性的重要因素是轴颈的表面光洁度。我们知道,机械加工在轴颈表面所产生的微观尖峰在机车运行中会穿透润滑油膜,引起轴承损伤和失效。经验表明,通过对内燃机车车轴抱轴颈部分进行强化加工——滚压,能有效地防止轴承失效,延长车轴的寿命。现将我们为美国C36-7型内燃机车生产车轴所采用的滚压加工工艺和装置介绍如下。
In diesel locomotives, the important factor that affects the characteristics of traction motor bearings is the surface finish of the journal. We know that machining micro spikes on the journal surface penetrate the lubricant film during locomotive operation, causing bearing damage and failure. Experience has shown that by strengthening the machining of the journal part of a diesel locomotive axle, rolling can effectively prevent bearing failure and prolong the life of the axle. Now we for the United States C36-7 diesel locomotive production of rolling process and device used are described below.
