患者16岁,无月经初潮。因外阴不同于正常女性于1986年3月7日来院。检查:女性着装,身体肌肉发达,皮下脂肪较少,口周须毛多而黑,喉结较大,讲话声粗。双乳房发育良好,心肺正常,外阴呈男性型,茎长4.5cm双侧大阴唇后方融合,状似阴囊,滑动。尿道口后方可见阴道口,宽1cm,深7cm,三合诊可触及条索状小子宫。超声查双肾及肾上腺均未见异常,放射性核素肾图查双肾功能正常。
