在分析传统型砂高温力学性能测试方法的基础上,提出了不平衡加热测试法.用此法测试的结果表明:在700℃以上的高温情况下,呋喃树脂砂的高温抗压强度高于水玻璃砂.
Based on the analysis of the testing method of mechanical properties at high temperature of conventional sand, an unbalanced heating test method is proposed.The results of this method show that at high temperature above 700 ℃, the compressive strength of furan resin sand is higher than that of water glass sand.
