1991年以来,应用解磷注射液治疗有机磷农药生产性中毒530例,取得了满意效果,现报告如下。 1 临床资料 1.1 病例选择 本组病例均符合下列二条:(1)棉区生产性应用有机磷农药;(2)按1979年卫生部诊断标准分级属轻、中、重度。 1.2 一般材料 性别:男 395例,女135例,年龄≤20岁125例,21～40岁352例,≥41岁53例。 农药种类:一种农药中毒310例,混合农药中毒220例。“1605”250例,氧化乐果102例,乐果95例,
