嘉峪关市烟草专卖局(公司)成立于1995年5月。成立之初,人员少,经费紧张,租地办公,力量薄弱,随着业务的不断拓展.机构不断健全,不仅人员得到了充实,公司还于1907年10月投资300余万元盖起了办公大楼。目前公司实力明显增强,年销卷烟7000余箱,其中省产烟6700箱;销售额达5600余万元,每年为国家上缴利税460万元。累积固定资产490万元。 “问渠哪得清如许,惟有源头活水来。”在短短的9年时间里嘉峪关烟草能够取得如此飞速的发展,他们靠的是什么?嘉峪关市烟草专卖局局长李长忠说,“我们靠的是管理,我们靠的是抓员工思想政治教育”。
