目的分析人工流产后继发不孕症的原因,探讨有效的诊治手段。方法选取本院近年来收治的55例人工流产后继发不孕症患者作为研究对象,给予B超检查、常规妇科诊断、白带常规检查等,对发生原因进行观察,并采取有效的手段进行针对性处理。结果输卵管因素是导致人工流产后继发不孕症的主要原因(P<0.05),其次为子宫内膜异位症、盆腔粘连、宫腔宫颈粘连等;经过积极治疗,输卵管再通率为94.5%。结论人工流产后继发不孕症因素较多,通过有效处理能够有效实现输卵管再通,促进患者康复。
Objective To analyze the causes of secondary infertility after induced abortion and to explore effective means of diagnosis and treatment. Methods Fifty-five cases of post-abortion secondary infertility patients admitted to our hospital in recent years were selected as research objects. The causes of B-ultrasound, routine gynecological diagnosis and routine leucorrhea were observed, and the causes were observed and effective measures were taken deal with. Results Tubal factors were the main causes of infertility after induced abortion (P <0.05), followed by endometriosis, pelvic adhesions, intrauterine cervical adhesions and so on; after active treatment, the tubal recanalization rate was 94.5% . Conclusions There are many factors of secondary infertility after induced abortion. Effective treatment of tubal recanalization can promote the recovery of patients.
