重庆市近年来随着经济体制综合改革的逐步深化,在干部制度的改革上作了许多大胆探索,在选拔、招聘、任免、考核干部等方面取得了一些有益的经难。大量培养、发现、提拔、使用坚持党的路线的、比较年轻、有青业知识的社会主义现代化建设人才,是建设社会主发的组织保证。这就要求解放思想,破除陈旧观念,勇于改革干部人事制度,并随着建设事业的发展,制定各行各业使用和提升干部的新要求、新方法,把真正优秀的中青年干部提拔上来。
In recent years, with the gradual deepening of the comprehensive reform of the economic structure, Chongqing has made many bold explorations in the reform of the cadre system and has made some useful economic hardships in the aspects of selection, recruitment, appointment and removal of cadres. It is an organizational guarantee for the building of a socialist society that a large number of socialist modernization personnel who train, discover, promote and use the party line and who are young and have the knowledge of the youth sector should be educated. This calls for emancipating the mind, breaking old stereotypes and being courageous in reforming the cadre and personnel system. With the development of the construction undertaking, new requirements and new methods for all walks of life to use and upgrade cadres are formulated and the truly outstanding middle-aged and young cadres are promoted.
