早在1980年4月,邓小平同志就明确指出:建筑业是国民经济的支柱产业。建筑业在国民经济和社会发展中总是起着其固有的先导基础作用的。就行业关联分析,建筑业的生产发展,带动着建材、冶金、化工、轻工、机械、运输、房地产等十几个行业的发展;就投入产出分析,建筑业完全消牦系数是1.77亿元,建筑业每完成1亿元的产值,就能带动其相关产业增值1.77亿元。
