榨菜原名茎用芥菜,十字花科芸苔属。我们从鞍山市引进榨菜品种“旱园”在杭锦后旗跃进乡、五星乡种植获得成功。所产菜头折亩产2654公斤;可食鲜菜叶(供腌渍用)折亩产885公斤,菜头大的0.6公斤重,小的100克左右.外皮淡绿色,筋少,肉质细白.榨菜的引种试种成功,为河套平原增加了一个理想的秋菜品种.
Tuber mustard formerly known as mustard, cruciferous brassica.
