贵州省作为我国重要西南战略纵深要地,是我国的生态文明建设的桥头堡。铜仁市是贵州省的东北门户,生态、资源禀赋优势突出,在西部大开发、工业强省的时代机遇背景下,也面对自身发展定位、资源禀赋与竞争优势的科学思考,需要探索一条绿色生态发展道路。本文作者在2013年曾随作为博士团成员在铜仁市挂职工作一年,在各市州进行了数次省情考察调研,本文即是作者对于铜仁市在贵州作为我国“生态中心”的定位下的发展路径的思考。
Guizhou Province, as an important aspect of China’s important southwest strategy, is a bridgehead for the construction of ecological civilization in our country. Tongren City is the northeast gateway to Guizhou Province. Its ecological and resource endowments have outstanding advantages. Under the background of the times of great development of the western region and strong industrial province, Tongren City also faces scientific thinking of its own development orientation, resource endowments and competitive advantages. It is necessary to explore a green Ecological development. In 2013, the author worked for one year as a member of the Ph.D. delegation in Tongren City, and conducted several investigations and studies on the situation of the provinces in various cities and prefectures. This article is the author’s position on Tongren City as the “ecological center” of China in Guizhou. Under the development path of thinking.
