应用彩超对67例住院术前病人进行双侧甲状腺上、下动脉血流量的测定。其中10例正常甲状腺,8例甲亢,18例结节性甲状腺肿,16例甲状腺腺瘤,10例甲状腺癌,5例甲状腺炎。结果表明:甲亢的血流量最大,其它疾病组的血流量也比正常组高(P<0.005)。孤立肿瘤的肿瘤侧的血流量比非肿瘤侧的血流量高(P<05)。恶性肿瘤的肿瘤侧血流量与良性肿瘤的肿瘤侧血流量无显著性差异(P>0.05),而其非肿瘤侧的血流量出现显著性差异(P<0.05),恶性肿瘤的非肿瘤侧甲状腺组织血流量大,因而肿瘤侧血流量与非肿瘤侧血流量之比(R)具有重要意义。此血流比(R)本组有临界常数,其数值为1.6。当 R>1.6时其良性的可能性大。当 R<1.6时恶性的可能性大。其整体血流比(R)及临界常数目前国内外未见报告。
Color Doppler ultrasound 67 cases of preoperative hospitalized patients with bilateral upper and lower thyroid artery blood flow was measured. Among them, 10 were normal thyroid, 8 were hyperthyroidism, 18 were nodular goiter, 16 were thyroid adenoma, 10 were thyroid cancer and 5 were thyroiditis. The results showed that hyperthyroidism had the largest blood flow and other diseases had higher blood flow than the normal group (P <0.005). The tumor-side blood flow of isolated tumors was higher than the non-tumor-side blood flow (P <05). There was no significant difference (P> 0.05) between the tumor side blood flow of malignant tumor and the tumor side blood flow of benign tumor, but the non-tumor side blood flow showed significant difference (P <0.05). The non-tumor side thyroid gland Tissue blood flow, and thus tumor-side blood flow and non-tumor-side blood flow ratio (R) is of great significance. The blood flow ratio (R) this group has a critical constant, the value of 1.6. When R> 1.6 the possibility of benign. The possibility of malignancy is large when R <1.6. The overall blood flow ratio (R) and the critical constant at home and abroad no report.
