为了研究不同浓度花椒水煮液对正常大鼠的镇痛作用,试验采用灌胃法给予正常大鼠不同浓度的花椒水煮液,通过热板和压板测痛仪进行行为测痛试验,测定5,10,15,20,30,45,60分钟时的大鼠后爪缩爪潜伏期(hindpaw withdrawal lantency,HWL),作为衡量痛觉的指标,并与生理盐水对照组进行比较。结果表明:灌胃5,10,20,40 mg/m L花椒水煮液均能增加正常大鼠的HLW,花椒水煮液对正常大鼠有明显镇痛作用,且具有剂量依赖性,在15~20 min时间段效果最为明显。说明花椒水煮液对正常大鼠有镇痛作用,且具有时间规律性和剂量依赖性。
In order to study the analgesic effect of different concentrations of Chinese prickly heat on normal rats, the rats were given gavage with different concentrations of Zanthoxylum bungeanum by gavage. , Hindpaw withdrawal lantency (HWL) at 10, 15, 20, 30, 45 and 60 minutes were used as indexes to measure the pain and compared with the saline control group.
