建筑工程管理是一项复杂的工作,涉及人力、物力、财力各方面,随着我国的建筑工程管理工作不断发展,在发展过程中暴露了不少管理问题。对建筑工程而言,这不仅是一项施工环节相互制约、相互影响的复杂性工作,还是一项技术难度较高的工作。因此,做好建筑工程管理,一方面需要耗费大量人力、物力资源,另一方面还离不开科学指导。工业建筑工程与民用建筑工程管理侧重点不同,需要区别对待。
Construction project management is a complicated task involving all aspects of manpower, material and financial resources. With the continuous development of construction project management in our country, many management problems have been exposed in the process of development. For construction projects, this is not only a complicated and mutually complex work in construction, but also a more difficult job. Therefore, good construction management, on the one hand need to spend a lot of manpower and material resources, on the other hand can not do without scientific guidance. Industrial construction and civil engineering construction management focus is different, need to be treated differently.
