近年来,微量硼的测定,多应用较灵敏又特效的硷性染料萃取光度法。被用作测硼试剂的硷性染料主要有:亚甲蓝、亮绿、尼罗蓝A、丁基罗丹明B、罗丹明6G和甲基绿等等。其中尤以亚甲蓝法的研究和应用最为广泛,惜此法的灵敏度较低,试剂空白过大,又受温度的影响,实验条件要求较严。乙基紫亦属这类试剂之一,已被用于锑、铊和铼等元素的萃取光度测定,在灵敏度和选择性方面较同类试剂有一定的优越性。本文提出乙基紫萃取光度测定硼的有关条件;制订了不必分离共存组份而直接测定海洋沉积物中微量硼的方法。方法较灵敏、快速,所得结果较满意。 (一)萃取光度测定条件 1.BF_4~-的形成条件:硷性染料萃取光
In recent years, the determination of trace boron, the more sensitive and effective multi-use alkaline dye extraction spectrophotometry. Alkaline dyes that are used as boron-based reagents are mainly methylene blue, brilliant green, nile blue A, butyl rhodamine B, rhodamine 6G and methyl green. Especially the research and application of methylene blue method is the most extensive, but the sensitivity of this method is lower, the reagent blank is too large, but also affected by temperature, the experimental conditions require more stringent. Ethyl Violet is also one of these reagents and has been used for the extraction spectrophotometric determination of antimony, thallium and rhenium, which has some advantages over similar reagents in terms of sensitivity and selectivity. In this paper, ethyl violet extraction spectrophotometric determination of boron related conditions; developed a direct determination of trace amounts of boron in marine sediments without separation of coexisting components.
