女辅导员胜任力,是指女辅导员所具有的与高校辅导员工作相关的、能有效促进当代大学生全面发展的,满意并善于学生工作的个人特征。新媒体视野下,高校女辅导员在核心胜任力、岗位胜任力、角色胜任力上存在一定的亟需提升的方面。提高女辅导员胜任力,须从个体、学校、政府等层面共同努力。
Competence of female counselors refers to the personal characteristics that female counselors have that are relevant to the work of college counselors and can effectively promote the all-round development of contemporary college students. They are satisfied and good at student work. From the perspective of new media, female counselors in colleges and universities have some aspects that need to be improved urgently in core competencies, job competencies and role competencies. To improve the competency of female counselors, we must work together from the individual, school and government levels.
