利用透射电镜观察Au-9Ni-8In合金表面In~+注入后的微观组织,并分析有关性能的变化。研究结果表明,In~+注入使合金表层晶粒细化,晶格畸变,位错密度降低;表层组织的变化使合金的表层显微硬度提高,摩擦和磨损性能得到改善。
The microstructure of Au-9Ni-8In alloy surface after In ~ + implantation was observed by transmission electron microscope, and the change of relevant properties was analyzed. The results show that In ~ + implantation can refine the grain size, lattice distortion and dislocation density of the alloy surface. The changes of the surface microstructure increase the microhardness of the alloy surface and improve the friction and wear properties.
