2004年元旦刚过,顺驰集团又在天津一所宾馆里接连开了48个小时的会。参会的是顺驰各区域、各公司的领导团队和骨干员工,会议讨论的是顺驰人一年来在全国化战略执行中“呕心沥血”的成果。会上表达出“同一种心声”:2004年,只要每个人都“聚焦于明晰战略下的行动效率”,并“偏执而坚决的执行”,集团100亿的战略目标必定会实现。
Just after the New Year’s Day in 2004, Sunco Group has another 48-hour meeting in a hotel in Tianjin. The participants were Sunco leaders and key employees from all regions and companies. The meeting discussed the achievements of Sunco in the national strategy implementation in the past year. At the meeting, “One Voice of the Same” was expressed: in 2004, as long as everyone “focused on the operational efficiency under a clear strategy,” and “paranoid and resolute enforcement”, the group’s strategic goal of 10 billion will surely be achieved.
