以江苏省8所地方工科院校(自然科学版)学报(下面简称“学报”)引用频次较高的103篇论文为研究对象,统计了论文发表后逐年被引的次数、引用的载体,认为论文较近时间内关注度低是“学报”影响因子低的重要原因之一;分析了发表2年内引用频次较高的10篇论文的综述性、应用性特征,从而得出“遵循引用规律科学组稿、关注热点问题主动约稿以及采取政策措施促进来稿”的对策性结论。
