应用PH3与CO2混合熏蒸机(AlP剂量为1.5g/m3)熏蒸用聚氯乙烯薄膜五面封的露天垛。该垛气密性从3000pa到1500pa,压力半衰期15min.熏蒸期间用PH3快速检测管测定PH3浓度。垛上、中、下层的浓度分别为0.23、0.40和0.49(mg/L),CT积分别为60.44、88.18和102.14(mg·h/L).全垛平均浓度CT积为83.59(mg·h/L),熏蒸第10dPH3的平均浓度仍保持在有效浓度以上.熏蒸后检查发现:不仅将垛内发生的书虱、HH3敏感试虫玉米象和赤拟谷盗成虫全部杀死,而且还将PH3抗性害虫米象(Rf=27.87)和谷蠹(Rf=7.8)成虫全部杀死。结果表明PH3与CO2混合熏蒸在良好的密封条件下,可以有效地防治PH3抗性害虫和书虱.

The results showed that PH3 mixed with CO2 fumigation under good sealing conditions, can effectively control PH3 resistant pests and lice.
