According to the “Notice of the Ministry of Science and Technology on Issuing 2015 National Spark Plan and Torch Plan Project” (Guo Ke Fa Zi [2015] No. 436) issued recently by the Ministry of Science and Technology of the People’s Republic of China, Zhuhai Jietong Water Supply Co., Ltd. The project of “industrialization of water treatment equipment for horizontal tube precipitation separation technology” won the project of 2015 National Torch Plan Project of Ministry of Science and Technology with the project code of 2015GH061430. National Torch Plan is organized by the Ministry of Science and Technology to implement a project aimed at using market mechanisms to promote China’s high-tech industrialization and its environment
