47例 2型糖尿病患者服用瑞格列奈 0 5mg～ 1mg ,tid ;二甲双胍 0 5g,tid ,疗程 1 2周 ,监测治疗前后体重、空腹、餐后 2小时血糖 (FBG、PBG)、糖化血红蛋白 (HbA1c)、肝、肾功能。结果FBG下降 4 97mmol/L ,PBG下降8 0 4mmol/L ,HbA1c下降 1 94 % ,较与治疗前均显著下降 ( p <0 0 0 1 ) ;体重、肝、肾功无变化 ;无严重低血糖发生。结论 :瑞格列奈与二甲双肌联合治疗 2型糖尿病具有降糖作用好、安全性、耐受性良好的特点。
47 patients with type 2 diabetes were treated with repaglinide 0 5mg ~ 1mg, tid; metformin 0 5g, tid for 12 weeks. The body weight, fasting, 2-hour postprandial blood glucose (FBG) and glycosylated hemoglobin HbA1c), liver and kidney function. Results FBG decreased 4 97mmol / L, PBG decreased 8 0 4mmol / L, HbA1c decreased 1 94%, compared with before treatment were significantly decreased (p <0 0 0 1); weight, liver, kidney function no change; no serious low Blood sugar occurs. Conclusion: The combination of repaglinide and metformin has the characteristics of good hypoglycemic effect, good safety and tolerability in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.
