利用拉伸试验机对煤矿链轮常用的两种进口材料(德国DBT公司和JOY公司的链轮材料)进行了室温下的拉伸试验,并对拉伸后材料的断口进行观察。运用销盘滑动摩擦试验机对两种材料进行了摩擦磨损试验,并进行了磨损形貌观察。对两种进口链轮材料进行了组织与成分、拉伸性能以及耐磨性分析。结果表明:两种材料都具有较高的抗拉强度和塑性;DBT材料的耐磨性要优于JOY材料。
Tensile test was carried out at room temperature on two kinds of imported materials commonly used in coal mine sprockets (German DBT and JOY sprocket materials), and the fracture of the stretched material was observed. The friction and wear tests of the two materials were carried out with pin sliding friction tester, and the wear morphology was observed. The structure and composition, tensile properties and wear resistance of the two imported sprocket materials were analyzed. The results show that both materials have higher tensile strength and plasticity; DBT material is better than JOY material in wear resistance.
