目的探讨生活技能教育在学校预防艾滋病教育中的作用,为中学生艾滋病预防措施的制定提供依据。方法选取青州市高中、初中学校各1所,以班级为单位,采用整群随机抽样方法,抽取1 000名学生进行艾滋病、性病的有关知识培训,并在培训前及培训后进行不记名问卷调查。结果开展艾滋病、性病有关知识培训后,在校中学生对艾滋病的有关知识掌握有明显提高;对于防范艾滋病有信心、愿意接受更多的艾滋病知识、认为学校增加艾滋病教育非常重要的比例分别由培训前的59.8%,63.1%和91.8%提高到培训后的91.6%,90.5%和98.6%;培训后学生不歧视艾滋病病毒感染者和艾滋病患者的比例明显高于培训前。结论运用生活技能对中学生进行预防艾滋病教育可有效地提高学生知识水平,促进正确态度和健康技能的形成。
Objective To explore the role of life skills education in AIDS prevention education in schools and provide the basis for the development of AIDS prevention measures for middle school students. Methods One high school and one junior high school were selected in Qingzhou city. Class random sampling method was adopted. A total of 1,000 students were recruited for HIV / AIDS and STD training. Anonymous questionnaires were also conducted before and after training . Results After HIV / AIDS and STD training, the knowledge of AIDS among school-based middle school students has been significantly improved. With confidence in HIV / AIDS prevention and AIDS prevention, they are willing to accept more AIDS knowledge. They think that the proportion of HIV / AIDS education that is important in schools increases from pre- , 59.8%, 63.1% and 91.8%, respectively, to 91.6%, 90.5% and 98.6% after training. The proportion of students who did not discriminate against HIV and AIDS was significantly higher than that before training. Conclusions The use of life skills to prevent HIV / AIDS among middle school students can effectively improve the students’ knowledge level and promote the formation of correct attitudes and health skills.
