2008年12月28日上午十点二十八分,红河马堵山水电站截流开始,约10min后围堰顺利合龙,红河水通过导流隧洞流向下游。
Dec. 28, 2008, at ten twenty-eight in the morning, the closure of Honghe Ma Dashan Hydropower Station started. After about 10 minutes, the cofferdams were successfully closed and the Honghe River flowed through the diversion tunnel to the downstream.
