本研究以2002～2003年度国家黄淮北片冬麦区高水肥组区试中15个参试品种为材料,进行了田间出苗试验。试验结果表明,参试品种间田间出苗率存在着显著性差异,实际发芽率、籽粒饱满度、容重等是影响出苗率高低的主要因素,千粒重和粒质与出苗率无相关性,育种者供种的发芽率缺乏真实性,不能作为确定实际播种量的参考指标。研究认为建立区试播种前出苗试验制度是保证小麦区试结果准确性的重要前提。
In this study, 15 tested cultivars from the high-water-fertilizer-rich area in the winter wheat area of North Huanghuai of China from 2002 to 2003 were used as materials to conduct the field seedling experiment. The results showed that there were significant differences in the emergence rate among the tested varieties. The actual germination percentage, grain plumpness and bulk density were the main factors affecting the seedling emergence rate. There was no correlation between 1000-grain weight and grain weight and the emergence rate, Seed germination rate is not authentic, can not be used as a reference to determine the actual seeding rate. The study suggests that establishing a pre-sowing seedling test system is an important prerequisite to ensure the accuracy of the wheat regional test results.
