目前,我国基础教育新课程改革如火如荼,不少地方为此探索出了成功的经验,但我们在抓义务教育阶段素质教育时,却往往忽视了学前幼儿教育的管理,致使学前幼儿教育发展中出现了一种不正常的现象:一方面,学前幼儿教育发展迅猛,幼教市场火爆,高额收费给那些幼教机构带来了暴利;但另一方面,支撑这个火爆市场的许多幼儿教师,不仅待遇偏低,而且社会地位低下,甚至面临身份认同问题。这就是我国学前幼儿教育发展中的“倒金字塔”现象。
