采用不同方法对尾巨桉预处理,对处理后试样的化学组分和纤维素聚合度进行了分析,并通过红外光谱(FT-IR)分析技术对试样各组分的化学结构进行了表征。结果表明:尾巨桉中综纤维素含量为69.40%,木素含量为25.60%,苯醇抽提物含量为1.46%。聚合度和化学结构分析表明,采用强酸、强氧化性试剂处理尾巨桉能够增加纤维素表面羟基的反应活性,但会造成纤维素分子降解;苯乙醇有机溶剂处理则不会明显改变尾巨桉中化学组分及各组分化学结构,但会弱化纤维素表面羟基活性。
Different methods were used to pretreat Eucalyptus urophylla, the chemical components and degree of cellulose polymerization of the treated samples were analyzed, and the chemical structure of each component of the sample was analyzed by infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) Characterization. The results showed that the content of holocellulose in Eucalyptus urophylla was 69.40%, the content of lignin was 25.60% and the content of phenyl alcohol was 1.46%. Polymerization degree and chemical structure analysis showed that the treatment of Eucalyptus urophylla with strong acid and strong oxidizing reagent could increase the hydroxyl activity of the cellulose surface but lead to the degradation of cellulose molecules. However, the treatment with phenylethyl alcohol did not change the Eucalyptus urophylla Chemical composition and chemical composition of each component, but will weaken the cellulose surface hydroxyl activity.
