国际电信运营商对 ICT 业务的兴趣,不仅仅在于 ICT 业务是新兴的收入增长点之一,还在于是固网运营商进行转型的主要试金石。通过对 ICT 业务的逐步试点和对商业模式的探索,固网运营商试图理解从传统的语音通信运营商向综合信息服务提供商平滑转变和无缝过渡的理想曲线。
The interest of international telecom operators in ICT business lies not only in the fact that ICT business is one of the emerging revenue growth points, but also as the main touchstone for the fixed-line operators’ transformation. Through the gradual piloting of the ICT business and the exploration of business models, FTNS operators are trying to understand the ideal curve of smooth transition and seamless transition from traditional voice communication carriers to integrated information service providers.
