目的探讨手法碎核白内障摘出及折叠式人工晶状体植入术的疗效和技术。方法40例的术后视力、屈光状态等进行分析。结果术后1周、1月和3月时视力≥1．0者分别占70％、75％和77．5％。术后1周、1月时平均散光为0．98±0．92D和0．75±0．74D。与同期随机进行的超声乳化组42眼比较差异无显著性（P＞0．05）。结论提示两种方法同样具有早期恢复视力和稳定眼屈光状态的优点。
Objective To investigate the curative effect and technique of manual fragmentation cataract extraction and foldable intraocular lens implantation. Methods 40 cases of postoperative visual acuity, refractive status were analyzed. Results One week after surgery, the visual acuity ≥1.0 in January and March accounted for 70%, 75% and 77.5% respectively. The average astigmatism at 1 week and 1 month after operation was 0.98 ± 0.92D and 0.75 ± 0.74D. There was no significant difference between 42 eyes in phacoemulsification group (P> 0.05). Conclusions suggest that the two methods also have the early recovery of visual acuity and the advantages of stable refractive status.
