征迁信访指主要反映集体土地征收和国有土地上房屋拆迁补偿安置等诉求的信访问题。城镇化进程中城市建设大大加快,因征迁经济利益巨大,牵涉多方利益,征迁方和被拆方的不断博弈角力也越来越突出,不可避免带来大量征迁信访问题,严重影响社会稳定。新形势下,要有效化解征迁信访突出问题,需要从法律、制度、机构等多个方面、多个渠道、多个途径入手,坚持标本兼治,建立一个大信访调处格局,构建适合城镇化进程中新型征迁信访处置机制,集中力量化解存量。
