目的:对深圳市宝安区5年围产儿先天性心脏病监测结果进行分析,为制定预防和干预措施或政策提供依据。方法:应用SPSS 13.0软件对宝安区2006~2010年围产儿出生缺陷监测资料进行统计分析。结果:5年间宝安区围产儿中共有926例先天性心脏病,其5年平均发生率为3.48‰,呈上升趋势(χ2=59.68,P<0.001);先天性心脏病合并其他畸形130例,占先天性心脏病的14.04%;单一类型的先天性心脏病前3位为动脉导管未闭、室间隔缺损、房间隔缺损。结论:先天性心脏病在出生缺陷构成比中居首位,诊断水平的提高和监测网络覆盖面的扩大是先天性心脏病发生率升高的主要原因;加大对流动人口的健康教育力度并进一步提高对先天性心脏病的监测能力,有利于降低先天性心脏病的发生率。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the surveillance results of congenital heart disease in perinatals in Bao’an District of Shenzhen City in the past five years, and provide the basis for making prevention and intervention measures or policies. Methods: SPSS 13.0 software was used to analyze the monitoring data of birth defects in perinatals from 2006 to 2010 in Baoan District. Results: A total of 926 cases of congenital heart disease were found in Baoan District during the five years. The average incidence rate in 5 years was 3.48 ‰, with an upward trend (χ2 = 59.68, P <0.001). 130 cases of congenital heart disease complicated with other deformities, Accounting for 14.04% of congenital heart disease; a single type of congenital heart disease before the patent ductus arteriosus, ventricular septal defect, atrial septal defect. Conclusions: Congenital heart disease ranks the first place in the proportion of birth defects, and the increase of diagnosis level and the expansion of monitoring network coverage are the main reasons for the increased incidence of congenital heart disease. The health education of floating population is increased and further improved The ability to monitor congenital heart disease is conducive to reducing the incidence of congenital heart disease.
