物流配送是公路运输企业的业务核心。当前,该业务面临的难点有:自运货物数量大,第三方物流资源缺乏;域封闭情况严重,经营主体分散;经营人才不足,配送队伍老化三个方面。针对这一难点,在物流配送工作开展中应当采取以下对策:树立服务意识,建立规模化的服务客户网络;解决投资“公私”问题,以专业化运输力量争夺市场品牌;整合物流配送业务产业链各部分功能,打造一体化综合企业。
Logistics and distribution is the core business of road transport enterprises. At present, the business is facing difficulties such as large quantities of self-carrying goods, lack of third-party logistics resources, serious closure of domains, diversification of management entities, lack of management personnel and aging of distribution teams. In response to this challenge, the following measures should be taken in the development of logistics and distribution: establishing a sense of service and establishing a large-scale network of customer service; resolving the issue of “public-private” investment and competing for market brands with specialized transport forces; and integrating logistics and distribution businesses All parts of the industry chain functions, to create an integrated enterprise.
