Heavy (trinitroethyl) ethylene dinitramine (hereinafter referred to as BTNE) is a compound that is thermally decomposed in the solid state. We have previously reported the preliminary study of the thermal decomposition kinetics of BTNE prepared by different recrystallization methods. In this paper, we study the in-depth non-isothermal decomposition kinetics of ten BTNE crystals obtained by various recrystallization methods. The synthesized crude BTNE obtained from the laboratory was treated with solvents such as glacial acetic acid, absolute ethanol, nitromethane, dichloroethane, acetone, ethyl acetate and methyl ethyl ketone to recrystallize and control different recrystallization conditions to obtain Ten kinds of BTNE crystals.
