目的 探讨TLR-2(Toll-like receptor-2)的基因多态性与早产的关系.方法 采用聚合酶链反应-序列特异性引物(PCR-SSP)检测分析75例早产儿(早产组)和75例足月儿(对照组)TLR-2 Arg753Gln (RS5743708)基因从型、AG型和GG型3种基因型及其等位基因的分布频率.结果 TLR-2 Arg753Gln基因GG型、GA型和AA型的基因型和等位基因分布频率在早产组和对照组间比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 TLR-2 Arg753Gln基因多态性与早产有相关性.“,”Objective:This research aimed to investigate the association of TLR-2 (Toll-like receptor-2) Polymorphisms with preterm birth.Methods:The distribute frequency of AA,AG and GG genotype in TLR-2 Arg753Gln of 75 preterm infants and 75 term birth were studied with polymerase chain reaction with sequence specific primer (PCR-SSP).Results:There were some significant differences in the frequencies of AA,AG and GG genotype and allele of TLR-2 Arg753Gin between the preterm birth group and the control group (P＜ 0.05).Conclusion:The genetic polymorphism of TLR-2 Arg753Gln was associated with the susceptibility of preterm birth.
