基于RCM分析原理,建立了大容量电站锅炉受热面技术评估方法。运用简化RCM分析方法,有利于简化和精准地开展评估工作,有利于缩小改造设备的范围并准确地确定了改造范围,既节约了评估工作精力,又节约了改造费用,而且把原来单一专业研究工作,向多专业方向发展,得到综合评估的结果,在机组大修工作中制定了改造方案和检修计划并得到了实施。
Based on the principle of RCM analysis, a technical assessment method of heating surface of large-capacity power plant boiler was established. The use of simplified RCM analysis method is conducive to carrying out the assessment work in a simplified and accurate manner. It is helpful to narrow the scope of the equipment and accurately determine the scope of the modification, which not only saves the labor of assessment but also saves the cost of renovation. Work, multi-professional development direction, get the result of the comprehensive assessment, in the unit overhaul work to develop a transformation program and maintenance plan and has been implemented.
