目的分离鉴定藏药材蓝玉簪龙胆Gentiana veitchiorum的化学成分。方法利用正反硅胶柱色谱进行分离纯化,根据波谱分析确定化学结构。结果共分离鉴定出7个化合物,其结构分别为乌索酸(Ⅰ)、2α-羟基-乌索酸(Ⅱ)、胡萝卜苷(Ⅲ)、polygalacerebroside(Ⅳ)、异牡荆苷(Ⅴ)、异金雀花素(Ⅵ)和异荭草苷(Ⅶ)。结论化合物Ⅰ~Ⅳ均为首次从蓝玉簪龙胆中分离得到,化合物Ⅱ和Ⅳ是首次从龙胆属植物中分离得到。
Objective To identify and identify the chemical constituents of the Tibetan medicine Gentiana veitchiorum. Methods Separation and purification were carried out by column chromatography on silica gel, and the chemical structure was determined by spectral analysis. Results Seven compounds were isolated and identified. Their structures were ursolic acid (I), 2α-hydroxy-ursolic acid (II), carotenoid (III), polygalacerebroside (IV), isovitexin (V), Isogrycin (VI) and isoquercitrin (VII). Conclusion Compounds I-IV were isolated from gentian for the first time. Compounds II and IV were isolated from Gentianae for the first time.
