很多初中班级的班主任都是数学老师来担任的,他们除了要教授数学之外,还要管理班级,做好德育工作,工作较为复杂。因此,担任班主任的数学教师,应该具有更强的专业素养。数学老师担任班主任一职,能够让学生接受更好的道德教育。再加上数学学科的严谨性与逻辑性,使得数学老师在管理班级的时候能够做到有条不紊,沉着应对初中生的各种问题。面向所有担任班主任的数学教师,为他们开展班级管理工作提供一些建议。
Many junior high school class teachers are math majors, in addition to teaching math, they have to manage the class and do a good job in moral education. The work is complicated. Therefore, as a teacher in charge of mathematics should have a stronger professionalism. Math teacher as a class teacher, to enable students to receive a better moral education.
