今天,科技信息在世界范围正与日俱增,要切实提高信息质量,改善其国际交流,一个可行的方法就是实现信息的跨国自由流通.我想以德国拜耳斯坦研究所处理化学信息的经验为基础,谈一谈自己的想法,供中国同行参考.
Today, science and technology information is increasing worldwide. One of the feasible ways to effectively improve the quality of information and improve its international exchange is to achieve cross-national free flow of information.
