目的:研究圆锥石头花根中的化学成分。方法:用75%乙醇回流提取、乙酸乙酯和正丁醇依次萃取,采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、Rp-C18柱色谱法和制备液相色谱等方法分离纯化,根据光谱数据(一维、二维的核磁共振谱和质谱)及酸水解鉴定了化合物的结构并进行了-葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性测定。结果:从圆锥石头花根中分离得到2个新三萜多糖皂苷——圆锥石头花皂苷A(1)和B(2),两者均具有较强的α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性。结论:化合物1和2是首次从该植物中分离得到的新化合物,其结构中的对甲氧基-桂皮酰基可能为决定相关活性的关键基团。
Objective: To study the chemical composition of conical stone flower roots. METHODS: The extracts were extracted with 75% ethanol, extracted with ethyl acetate and n-butanol, separated by silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 and Rp-C18 column chromatography and preparative liquid chromatography. Dimensional NMR and mass spectrometry) and acid hydrolysis identified the structure of compounds and - glucosidase inhibitory activity determination. Results: Two new triterpene polysaccharides, Cone Stone Polysaccharides A (1) and B (2), were isolated from coniferous flower roots. Both of them had strong α-glucosidase inhibitory activity. CONCLUSION: Compounds 1 and 2 are new compounds isolated from this plant for the first time. The p-methoxy-cinnamoyl group in their structure may be the key group that determines the activity.
