评价儿童少年生长发育最精确的方法是骨龄和齿龄;关于对骨龄的研究,报导资料较少,为了解大骨节病对儿童少年生长发育的影响和大骨节病儿童的骨骼发育规律特点及其与正常儿童的差异。我们于1982年七月份在我省西部山区卢氏县五个公社选择了7—18岁的大骨节病儿童和同龄正常儿童共2004名,进行青春发育期调查,从中选出部分发育正常,营养中等、出生日期与拍片日期前后相差各一个月的儿童拍手片,做骨骼
